First time customer, so hopefully all goes well with shipment. Ordering process was a little tricky because it didn't add merchandise first time and I had to go back and redo it. Everything went perfect with delivery. One item arrived broken, so I called and they are going to send a new one as soon as it comes back in stock. Very courteous operator.

Easy...if you read carefully
I am really pleased with the overall quality of my purchase. However, I was disappointed with the fact that the pillow shams were priced singularly rather than in a pair. That in it's self was disappointing.

I purchased quite a few things totaling almost $200. When I received the stuff everything was good except the lighted topiary. They were $19.95 each and I purchased 2. When I received them, automatically I knew they were too small for the area in which I bought them for. So I called to have the return label sent to me and was told that I was going to be charged $7.99 to create the label and have the product sent back. I am very upset about this as like I said I had quite a large order... not sure if anyone else has come across this issue but if you are going to order from here read the return policy before hand. I personally will not be ordering from this website anymore because I dont think its fair to be charged this fee. Instead I will stick to my Amazon Prime where I buy what I want, when I want receive product in 2 days and if anything is wrong they take it back free of charge. Thats how it shoud be.
