I ordered two of the solar powered owls that are motion activated. Only one of them work. One is defective. How do I get an return authorization for this item. Plus the towels are nice. But, they shed terry cloth fibers every time I use them.

Easy to order, quick shipment
In general I've ordered with this company with no complaint until today. I was looking over the summary of my purchases yesterday, the three items I purchased were $9.95, $11.97, and $29.99. I had a code for free shipping and hit send. Today I was looking over the summary of my purchases which should have totaled $51.93 instead they totaled $66.97. I called to straighten it out and the person on the phone, probably and underling came up to the same total I did of $51.93. He had no idea what was going on.
I then noticed a processing fee of $3.95 of questionable reason, and it later said that I saved $15.04 which would not be correct using the proper subtotal. They charged my card $58.39 but no one could explain the bizzare calculations they wrote.
Do check your receipts, there might be something going on here that is not right.
