This is my first online web site order so far all went well. To date I placed two (2) online web site orders for stained glass suncatchers however several of them are coming undone and one broke out of the frame after it was hung on my bedroom window for no reason. Apparently the soldering is not holding up?! Will never order again!

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the colors of the bedspread. I returned it. I am not unhappy with Collectionsetc. It was just an unfortunate purchase. Someone else may love the colors; I just did not.

I'm very satisfied with all products I've ordered. I had to return 2 items from my last order because the covers for did not fit properly. I have experienced no problem other problems and I am about to place another order within the next several days.

So far, excellent!
