Slow site, slow shipping

Shopping is easy with Collections Etc. I entered the promo code from the catalog I received in the mail and qualified for free shipping. How sweet is that? The Bacon Boss I ordered works very well and though I haven't tried the Copper Crisper yet it looks very well constructed and should work as well as the Bacon Boss. I'm very happy with both products.

It would be nice to be able to find group orders as you do after the purchase is made. You could come up with other items that may fit nicely with what you just chose

Good merchandise and fair prices. However, one item arrived damaged. I called Collections ETC and they are sending me a replacement for the damaged item.

An item was left out of my order. The operator that handled my call was very polite and quickly got the missing item shipped to me.

Easy fast ordering! Nice idea but the pain was already scratched. Can't set anything wet on it or it will peal.
However, my real problem is that the pain is already marked up.
