The only thing that was a problem was getting the 15% discount to apply. It finally did so I'm happy so far. My order arrived quickly and without any problems. They are just as I expected them to look. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

The placemats for a round table are great! However, I thought the shipping and handling charges were a bit too high.

Not at this time

I have ordered from Collections Etc numerous times and have been satisfied with the services each time. There have been only 2x that the product I order was not as expected and had to return that item. The return process was painless. Other than those 2x the products are great!

Love the selection. Love the prices. Love the variety. In addition to my previous comment...all of my order had not been delivered but tracking said it had. I called customer service and with a short discussion the missing items were reordered for me. I received them in about a week and all is well. Very pleased.

I was not happy with the comforter as the bedskirt torn trying to put it on bed and the bird cups were cloudy so I called You and your sales rep was so good about helping me and making it right. Very good company to work with and I usually am happy with the quality of the products.
