Very easy to shop online at collectionetc.

I have purchased many items from COLLECTIONS Etc. Never have I been dissatisfied.

One item was no where near what was expected. The trellis was very flimsy and wouldn't be abe to hold anything up

Love the things that are offered. Moving into a new house thid Fall and I place an order almost every day.

Everything was great except for the shower curtain has a big Blue flower not the Lavender that I had seen in the book. Everything else was great and will continue to shop with you :)

We know you only sell the products, you don't make them. We wish the makers of Bed Spreads learn to make them long enough to cover the pillows and the foot of the bed. I dislike companies that try to dictate the fashion we make our bed.

When the box arrived, one of the pillow shams I ordered was missing. The items came in a box much too large. The person for whom I bought the bedspread set didn't like it. I returned it in the oversized box, and it cost me $15 to ship back! I did receive receive my refunds, and I appreciate that.
