I was happy until I saw you add a PROCESSING fee -so supposed to get a good deal on shipping but then you add some other fee.not cool. Jodi
Printed ad stated to enter full item # to get free shipping if ordering online but I was unable to do that when I went to the website so I incurred shipping charges. When items arrived one had a rip in the fabric. I was able to mend it myself rather than to incur shipping charges to return it. Too much trouble!
The items that I ordered and received were just what I expected. I am a happy shopper.
My first shipment contained a damaged shower curtain. When I called customer service I was told I would be sent a replacement that day and I could do whatever with the damaged product. When I received the replacement package, it was a rug, not a shower curtain. I called customer service a second time was told that they had sent a shower curtain even though the packing list showed rug and I had it in my hands. The rep said they would credit the cost of the shower curtain and I could do what I wanted with the rug. I insisted that I wanted the shower curtain and received it about five days later.
I would have rather received the correct items the first time!

In order to get that "free shipping" there are too many hoops to jump through & promotions that must be addressed. Like the site just wish you would stop this Bull S**t!

I think delivery times are longer than any place I order from.
My order was shipped fed x and was to be delivered on a Friday and I did not get it although it was marked delivered, until the following Tuesday...delivered to the wrong address I guess and took that long to find and redeliver.
