I like new and odd items...

I'm still waiting for the live plants to be shipped during planting season. I've never ordered plants before so I'm anxious to see how how they fair in the mail and weather or not they will survive. Otherwise, everything else arrived before the expected delivery date and in good shape (well packed).

Appearance was not as lustrous as it appeared in the catalog. It gave the illusion of a tint with candles, but there was neither candles nor a tint. But it was pretty.

Should actually get people that speak decent English. So when an issue develops, they will understand what to do and how to handle the situation instead of hanging up on a repeat customer, which is what happen 3 times in one evening.
