Loved the planters and the bedspread looks great in our bedroom.

Much quicker then phone. No accents I can not understand or persistent selling.

I love the stuff at Collections but the shipping is a little high.

I love collections and have for many years. But I have noticed you have upped your shipping prices. This helps to negate the total shopping experience and have kept me from shopping more. I think you should either greatly lower the amount we have to purchase to get Free shipping or better yet, offer FREE shipping from time to time on ANY amount. These are my suggestions to you to get me to purchase more!;-)

Love looking at your merchandise but hate it when I try to order and my color is sold out or my size is not available. Have to look elsewhere now for curtains

Too many pop up ads at the check out. Wish the web site was more interactive to see other color options (not just a swatch window of color, but the actual product in that color)

Too slow loading so don't keep looking at things interested in. I really enjoy collectionsetc and have ordered from them several years. Keep coming back though get frustrated with site. Love products.

Love the table runners, they were beautiful!

I ordered a queen size and it fits my queen bed perfectly. It is about an inch above the floor. The background is like a very heavy muslin. It is thicker than I thought it would be based on other reviews. I am happy with my purchase. I do wish you had more styles and colors of bedspreads.
