I always enjoy shopping at Collections, Etc. because of the ease of shopping, and the quality of my purchases. I have never been dissatisfied.

I ordered several items at once including several rugs of different sizes. I was pleased with all the items. The only problem was that the order was short one rug. I called customer service and they are shipping the missing rug to me right away. I am pleased with the service as well.
