Love shopping on collections, etc...Lots of great things at great prices

I called because I am reordering #******* X 2 previous order was$15.29 each and this order is charging me $17.99 each. Customer service said it would show membership price at checkout It didn't Total $35.98 on bill need adjustment or cancel order Laureen Harley

Easy to find and a piece of cake to order and receipt was rapid.

I buy high price stuff like quilts but then I'm a Solar crazy person in the Summer time I buy A LOT of solar stuff when something doesn't work I call and want my item replaced and they act like you are a lying about it because let's face it its not the highest quality stuff. So a lot of it doesn't work. That's about my only problem

Bedspread is prettier than in the catalog. Extremely happy!

One of the items that I was looking for looks Lavender in the catalog but is only available in Blue and Green on the website. My wife wanted the Lavender.

I tried to place the order with a visa gift card. Didn't work. Called to place the order. Customer service didn't offer much help beyond if it didn't work online it probably won't work here. They were not helpful, or accommodating, but treated me like I was stupid. Not my best customer service experience!
