I would rather have free shipping than 5% extra off my already 10% member discount. My orders are usually always over $45. I was disappointed not getting free shipping plus paying a handling fee.

About the same as most - no better, not worse. Everything finally arrived; did not all arrive together and there was no indication that other "packages" would arrive separately. The final result - everything arrived; not too sure if/when I would order stuff again.
