The timer I ordered arrived broken, but with patience, I fixed it. The paper towel holder also arrived broken, but craft glue and my mother repaired it. The prices were very good. The items were darling. I shouldn't have had to repair them and that is the reason for the low scores.

Smaller than anticipated
Pillow arrived with holes in it. Very disappointing return policy for an item that arrived damaged. Now I have to wait until they issue a credit to try to find another. Will not be with Collections etc.
I find the products are very reasonable for the prices. I have had no problems placing orders or receiving them in a timely manner. I shop Collections often and have been very pleased.

The Tuscany panels looked even better than the picture. They werent hard to hang Nicely with a little measuring and a level. I did guess at appropriate hook weight. They match up but arent fletched so be willing to accept a rustic look joining. Its perfect in my windowless powder room.
The glowing stones charge up nicely but dont seem to hold it very long. For the cost or amount they were a lil disappointing, but not horribly.
This was my first order from Collections and I anticipate being back for a few more things. CM
