The 3 bunny plastic bag holders were so cute that I had ordered previously, I ordered 2 more. Everything I've ordered has been just what I wanted.

Discount not applied to sale item, leaves no incentive to buy from you. The $20 rebate is another attempt to get MORE money from the sale just like the processing fee of $2.50 with free shipping. Not Happy

Easy to find and order
I had to pay S&H to return item for an exchange -this should be free. Product was not good quality.
2 of 3 items were very nice but one seemed a little cheaply made.
I have been a customer for years and am very disappointed that the shipping pay has changed. I have always ordered over $45.00 an order. This will deter my orders. The free shipping I always received due to the size of my orders kept me coming back for more. I understand prices going up but I am very disappointed there is no option for bigger orders. Thanks for listening.
This Collections order was a complete disaster. First it took six days to ship. I had placed another order the week before that shipped in two days. Therefore, I cancelled the curtains I had ordered and it all went downhill from there. Two pairs of curtains were cancelled but the three valances were still sent to me and were supposed to have been cancelled with the curtains. This whole mess lasted over two weeks before the other items I had ordered arrived. (The other three items were just as I had hoped). Next, I had to pick up the order at the local post office-ten miles away-and, come home and package up the valences to return back to Collections. Now, I am left not knowing if Collections will stick me with the return postage. You should at least have people working there that can understand that valances go with curtains. Now, I'm so upset with Collections that I bought my curtains elsewhere. Thought I had found a nice new place to online shop.
Have always been satisfied,Some of the Flowers i received were in pretty nasty shape! The Heron welcome sign was real flimsy.

I shop here quite often. I was only disappointed once last Spring when I ordered the "Mint Julip" Rose bush. It never grew, however the other rose bushes I planted are beautiful! The representative I spoke to was rude...the root was dry and brittle when I received it
