Always good to shop collections etc.

I entered my email and got an email worth $5 off, but there was no place to put that on my order. I was hoping to save the $5.

Some of the things that i have gotten lately are not up to par one thing did not even work another piece was missing parts i could send them back but it is just to much bother and one time i called and told you about a broken item and was told i would be sent another one i never received anything so i just don't buy as much as i would like

These were sent to our son and he said they are nice but you might want to send this survey to him since we didn't get to see the rugs ourselves.

I think it is kind of crummy that you don't mention your $2.25 processing fee until after the ordering and payment has already been done.

Very easy to find merchandise using catalog received in mail.

Shipping seems like a good deal until you find out there is a "handling fee", too.
