Love shopping with your company you have a lot of different items to choose from and all very good products.
I have emailed you TWICE concerning the lighthouse stake which rusted out after only 2 or 3 days in the ground. Since you cannot see fit to answer my email, I do not at this time plan to do any more shopping with your company and will definitely not recommend it to my friends.

As it worked out, the curtains were too short. Collections Etc is sending me a return slip to exchange for a longer size. I really like the curtains and want to follow through yo get the longer curtains.

I guess one item I ordered is not longer available. This is the item I wanted to give my wife for her birthday. While I received a shipping confirmation, I didn't realize I needed to open that information to find out one item was no longer available. I thought it was just back ordered or would arrive later - at ordering, this item was noted as "in stock".
