Was disappointed this time with service. Promotional rates were not honored. When I called, I was told I had to pay the full price and then the discount would be given. This did not seem right to me so I did not do a full order.

I liked the doll, I brought my granddaughter. The doll stand wasn't as good as they usually are but I kept it anyway. It was bent some, hope it's ok when she put the doll on it.

I get frustrated looking at an item - select size/color - only to see that all stock in all sizes/colors are out of stock with no indication they will be restocked at all.

I was disappointed that there is an additional handling fee applied to order. If you are promoting free or discounted shipping I expect to get that WITHOUT adding a fee. I prefer doing business with companies that simply add shipping charges rather than when checking out include fees.

Prices and selection kept me being a shopper at this site for years.

I always find the cutest, funniest little things outdoor for the yard. Always pleases, gets much conversation & is good quality. Frogs are my in thing this year.
