My experience with Collectionsect.com has always been awesome.

Two of the three items I ordered have come my mail to the house still waiting on back order of third item. My only complaint is when I order three items and don't put in the code for free shipping, I get billed for shipping.

Buying process easy. Waited for shipment, not so much an issue these days. Box was in rough almost open condition. Geranium bushes were not in good condition...like flowers were hot glue gunned on and then most of them were off in the package. The other flowers, the mums, etc. were just beautiful.
