I Love the items I have ordered! I am hoping they turn out well. I am slightly disappointed that I did not receive my 20% discount as the email stated. Instead I was given free shipping. That is why I have given 4 stars
Web site was very easy to navigate.
I love the table linens. My package took a long time to get here but it was because of FedEx. It seems have been delayed during the recent hacking of their systems. Wanted it for Memorial day but received it the day after. The table linen is Beautiful and will continue to order them. Just not happy with the delivery but don't feel it is the fault of Collections, Etc.
One of the two rose plant bare-roots did not look good. I was advised to nurture it for a couple of weeks, which I did. When it still did not put out any shoots, the Company sent out another plant, which looks healthier and I am very pleased with the plant and the customer service response.

The process was very quick & easy, but I was not pleased to find the offer at the end of the order for a $20.00 rebate offer. The impression was that it was from you, and I found out it was for an unaffiliated company, wanting my credit card number. NOT COOL to mislead your customers.
On the other hand, I am extremely pleased with the sofa & loveseat covers I ordered. Finally, covers that fit my furniture and stay in place.

Liked the bluebells. Wire on lanterns too short. Pool light smaller than needed but works well for the spa.
I ordered chair pads from Walmart omline, but the pads were sent to me from Collections, etc. I was told that returns had to be done through them. I wanted to return the chair pads because the advertising was misleading. Yes, they did list the dimensions of the pads, but showed a photo of two chairs with the pads on them. The pads in the picture covered the whole area of the chair, but the pads I received looked like thay were pads for children; s chairs! I paid 4.99 for shipping when I bought them but was told I would be charged 7.99 to return them. I asked why that was, but was just told it was their policy.
