My first internet order good experience

The discount incentives are great! Cute outdoor items to choose from. Unfortunately, the outdoor item that I ordered has continued to be on back order, so I never received that item. BUT, the mosaic tile squares that I ordered for my kitchen back splash are great! They really turned out nice. I have received many compliments on them.

I always have a good experience with Collections Etc. Have had very few problems with anything that I've ordered.

I have always been very happy with the products I have ordered from Collections. I feel sometimes the prices are a little high for what the product is, but mostly, I have been happy shopping with this company I will surely continue to shop your catalog.

You keep offering the Wine Art, but you never have it. Please remove it from your inventory. I have the Zinfandel, and I would like the Chardonnay one.
