Not happy with the processing charge.

All my items are great and they ship them when they say there going to.i have got my items an there great

The peacock was easy to put together and it is a beautiful addition to any garden.

Takes a while to sort through everything, but fine, otherwise.

Shipping and handling for one item is a bit high but the item has a nice low price so it balances out.

Your "processing fee" that knocks out the member discount will ultimately be enough to make me stop doing business with you. It's disingenuous and should be including in your pricing. This kind of ploy is extremely irritating to anyone with a shred of a brain.

HI. I DID RETURN THE LEATHER SEAT COVER AS IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME IN MY CAR. THERE WAS ONLY ONE STRAP ON THE BACK AND THE BOTTOM PART WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE WHEN YOU SIT ON IT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO STRAP ON THE BOTTOM. I AM WAITNG ON A REFUND FOR $13.99 FOR THIS ITEM. OTHERWISE MY OTHER PRODUCTS WERE GOOD. THANK YOU. REGARDS. GWENDOLINE HALL.

I don't like being pushed into calling for something I don't want, don't have that rebate something that you don't have a choice, very annoying!
