I do a lot of shopping with collectionsetc.com and I am never dissapointed. The quality of the products is very good and the prices are too. I love that I get emails for specials and clearance items. Very happy customer!
I was told by signing up for emails I would get free shipping and $5 off but no where was there a $5 off button or claim area? Ordered drapes only got two now I'm stuck with only half the drapes I need for the kitchen makeover and on checking out said they were available. I was tolf by customer rep I would get a ten dollar gift certificate for my troubles have yet to see that really disappointed she could not even tell me if they would re-order the hummingbird drapes so now I am in limbo.
