Unique products at great prices! I am a long time customer. Collections Etc. has good Customer Service if something should not be satisfactory.

Site is easy to navigate and very responsive; no delays between pages or sections.

Tried to place an order without logging in and it would not except the order, so had to start over and input order again after signing in.

Products were as expected. Just one item received that came with a recall noticed attached that I was very unhappy to see. If its a problem why sell it?

I love receiving the Collections Etc catalogs and the quality of the items is great for the price paid. I was unhappy with the blouse, it is sized bigger than expected. I love the color and will keep it and try to modify the sizing.

Always get what I want!

No problem except when trying to order items with sizes via AOL. Also, having problems ordering via AOL on a whole. Have to go to Goggle Chrome.

Love the variety of items offered. You can find things you don't see anywhere else, and at reasonable prices.

Price is reasonable but shipping costs are too high. The robes are good for travel. Zipper goes only halfway down. Size is accurate and robe is plenty long enough. It comes to the top of my foot for me, (five feet 3.) and the women's size is just the right length for my daughter, (5 foot 8). Light weight for summer/ fall.

I have ordered many items. All are good quality and just like the picture in the catalog. Will order again soon.

Tiles were very flimsy and not really useable for my needs. I will be returning them.
