Easy shopping

Normally when I order from your company I'm always very satisfied, but on the last two orders from you there was an item left out of both orders. I had to call to find out why those particular items were and why they were left out. The shipping documents did not indicate they were on back order. Hopefully when I order again I won't have to go thru this process.

The roll around stool was not good for me. I am a sr. Citizen and found it to be very unstable for my mobility, which is somewhat limited due to arthritus in my hips. I would not recommend this product for older people.
