Paint is chipped on the faces and one of the poles will not go all of the way into the hole. Don't you check to see if things go together properly before you ship them out? I'm keeping it because it cost too much to return it. But please check over your merchandise before you ship it out.
I wanted to exchange an earlier apparel size which would have cost me $7.99. I decided that was more than half the cost of the item. Therefore I would wait til you had free shipping & I'll gift the first item, and order another for myself!

I was pleased with the site and the merchandise, but not too pleased with the way the site leads one to believe they are signing up for regular 10% discounts, by joining...then at checkout, you are hit with a 14.99 fee to actually receive the discounts. Just be honest from the start.

My order came in reasonable time. I love the big basket pet pal Lab. I am disappointed in the orchid mini quilted bedroom set. It all came wrapped well in paper and in a Styrofoam with section for each piece. The leg was missing on the end table, which I believe was shipped that way from the manufacture. The bed frame had big globs of glue on the foot of the bed. The lamp on the end table was crooked & the rack to hold a comforter was crooked, but the comforter covered it. The puppy in the basket was real cute & the rocking chair & pole lamp were fine.
