I love Collection Etc. I've have purchased many items for years. I have never been disappointed.

I returned the two pairs of shorts I received, because they were so so big, usually everything thing runs small I got a large which must of been XL, I could of fit another body into it! I wasn't very happy that you didn't have a small because it was just what I was looking for! Also having to pay for return postage was lossing one pair of shorts. (9 something shorts were 9.99) Don't think I will ever order from you again for paying all that postage to return!

You offer a promo code for shipping then charge a processing fee. I almost did not place the order due to that. I still ended up paying $4.50 to get the item.
I enjoy shopping with you as you have so many choices and cute decorations. I ordered a quilt and shams a while back and both were one of the nicest I have seen and the price was great.
