THE CHAIR COVERS CAME IN AND THEY SEEM SMALL, BUT WHEN I PUT THEM ON THE CHAIR SEATS THEY FIT LIKE A GLOVE. YOU CAN SIT AND MOVE AND THE COVER DOESN'T BUDGE. GREAT PRODUCT WILL BE ORDERING THEM AGAIN IN DIFFERENT COLOR

I have shopped at Collections Etc. for a long time and I am always pleased by the items I receive.
Love my products...love the prices but had a little confusion with customer service. I was accidently billed twice for one package so I received a 5.00 coupon from collections for my trouble. When I placed an order to use my coupon it showed up to be about a 15.00 coupon. I called customer service and they told me that it was up to me whether or not I used the coupon. I'm an honest person...to me this was just another mistake on their part. Makes me wonder how many boo-boos I didn't catch! Still love the products that I ordered!
