Your service was great, however when Amazon got involved, things really slowed down.
They sent me an email saying my ordered shipped... giving NO indications of what it was or who had sent it.
I really prefer your personal touch.

Amazon appears to be too big and too busy to be concerned about the customers.

P.S. I don't shop with Amazon!

I was not happy with the online ordering it would not let continue with the order until I took out the Promo code. The help center was no help.
