After having received my order I found that the quality of the merchandise was very good for the price I paid. Therefore I am very satisfied with my first ordering experience with Collections Etc... I will not hesitate to order from Collections Etc. again in the future if I find a product of interest...

Shipping was a nightmare (Federal Express truck) delivered the package to the wrong address
And we had to make multiple calls to locate the package.

I ordered a fall wreath and the box it was shipped in was to small causing many of the branches to break off when it was removed from the box. I was not pleased. The magnets for dish washer and the valance I ordered were fine.

Great ideas to choose from, will be back for more. I felt like the items I ordered were a great value.

All was fine. Shipping seemed to take quite awhile I was ready to call customer service to see why order had not shipped when shipping notice finally arrived.

I have not used all items as of yet so can not say how pleased I am with everything that I ordered. The sun catchers are gorgeous though. I love them all and was such a great price on clearance. Thanks for brightening my atmosphere.
