Even though my order was listed as "in stock", of the two items ordered, one was back ordered and took weeks to get. I could have picked it up at the Christmas Tree Shop faster.

Pretty easy, no shipping fee but still had a process fee of $2.50 gotta make all you can!
I returned the rugs because they were too thin & I returned the furniture covers because the color did not look good with my furniture. I kept the little fan that works great and is very cute. I am disappointed that I have not received a refund yet and I returned the items the same day I received them. It should not take this long to credit my credit card. I have been a very long time customer and really expected a faster refund. Very disappointed.
