I don't like the processing fees. I wouldn't have ordered anything if I didn't get free shipping. It took longer to receive my ordered than stated. When I checked to see where my order was, it didn't tell me. It did say when it was shipped but didn't give me a estimated time of arrival. I was only dissatisfied with one item out of 5

Had some confusion with promo codes, info as clear as could be. Merchandise is as advertised.

Bulb shade was cracked--it had bubble wrap around it but was not protected in box. I called and they will replace it--thanks

Easy to find my item and quick order placement. I purchased a water bottle for my dog. It is so easy to use and doesn't fall over and leave a mess. It arrived sooner than I expected and since it has been very warm and humid out, it makes our walks much more enjoyable.

I am happy with all the products I received, but the packaging is very poorly done, box caved in and tape torn on all orders I have received from collections etc.

The items are still in their boxes at this time. But I have looked at the part of them and they are great. Love the cat door hangers.

WAs charged $20 shipping for a $14 seat cushion. Was expecting $2.99 as stated on the order page. On the next page you can pick your shipping date with no mention made of this exorbitant cost until too late to change
Several emails to company with the same response each time, basically too bad but we will not correct
