I am still waiting on the one item (ironing board cover) that is on backorder. I am satisfied with the items I received.

I ordered 3 items and had to return 2 items. One item did not fit properly in my car and the second item the quality was not what it looked liked in the book. Mailed both of these items back with 2 days and I have not heard anything about the refund.

I have been very happy with all the recent purchases I have made from Collections. They always communicate that my order was received, shipped & a final communication to advise the order had been delivered. I am very happy ordering from Collections.

Was pleased with past orders, I'm sure I will be with this one. Will order again.

This comment is about the fiber optic Christmas tree. While the tree is very pretty, and the lights are, too; the tree does not spin.

I was able to order the items I wanted without any problems.

Kept getting cut off and order disappearing and had to start over.

Same good service I want and get from Collections.
