I've been ordering from Collections, Etc for many years & have always been 100% satisfied with my purchases. Unique products for a good price. Such a good price, that after placing my order, my sister wanted a couple for herself. So, I placed an order for her that was like mine with the exception that I used her information to pay with. That's right, the payment was done using a different credit card & my sister's name.
The reason I gave you 3 stars is because your company canceled the order I did for my sister.
I got 2 order confirmations & 2 ship confirmations. I received the 1st order. No info on the 2nd order. I called 800# & customer service told me it was canceled. He offered to reorder it for us, but I declined.
I declined because NO ONE asked me. They just canceled it. I have NEVER had a company cancel my order, without calling me 1st. Even if it appears to be a duplicate, someone should have contacted me VIA phone or email 1st which is unacceptable to me. We will find the product from another source to purchase it from.
