Always a pleasure doing business with you folks. The rugs,,however, were not the thickness I expected and they move too easily on top of my floors. I do like the colors, but would have appreciated a thicker quality.
Yes, I did receive my order from September 20,2017, but one other item (2-pack) mop heads have not arrived yet. I was told they would arrive on the 10th of this month, but I haven't gotten them yet as of today, Oct. 11,2017.

Ordered more than $50 worth of merchandise and entered promo code to get free shipping. Then proceeded to paypal to pay. Then it gave me an order confirmation with one of my items missing and an 8.99 charge for shipping. I called customer service and all they'd do is give me $5 off a next order. I want supposed to have an 8.99 shipping charge and then to get the item they left out I'd have to pay another 8.99 shipping to get one and all they'll offer me is $5? I don't even trust it will work right if I did place another order. I will never order from them again. In fact, I'm going to return what I do get from them because I refuse to do business with this company after this. I heard it's 7.99 to return items so I guess I'll lose another 7.99 but at least I'll get another $35 back. They're not gonna get my business after this incident. From reading other reviews, I'm not the only one that has been duped with promises of free shipping. This business is highly unethical.

Normally shipping is very good but this time it went to PA and then back to Ohio, and then the post office did not leave me a slip saying come to the post office and pickup your package. If I had not been watching the tracking of the package I would not have known it was here.
