I've been a Collections customer for over 20 years and I will continue to order from you. You have many unique items and I love them. My problem occurred with delivery. The package was sent via FedEx and as has happened before, FedEx has a problem with their locations in Mississippi. It seems these locations can't get packages sent to the correct locations and it holds up delivery. At least this time they didn't lose my package as they have multiple times before. I have notified Collections of this.

I was really disappointed that I was allowed to place the order for the Nevermore bath mat only to receive a notice that it has been sold out after placing my order. I could have ordered and paid the same price for both with free shipping elsewhere for similar items but chose to purchase it here only to have part of the order cancelled. The shower curtain is really nice as far as how it feels and looks. I will only use it for Halloween so hoping next year you will offer it again and I can get the bath mat.
