The knit hat was very pricey and It looked in the pic that it was hunter green, but was black upon arrival.
My order was received in a timely fashion and everything was received as described.
I have shopped with collections etc. for many years. For the most part (90%), the quality of their products is beyond what I expected, especially for the prices. They are very reasonable and when an item is on sale, it's even better. The packaging is well done; I have only received broken products twice and both times they either replaced my item if it was available or gave me a credit on my account no questions or problems. I have also returned several items due to not what I expected and I had no problems. They gave me a credit for my purchase within several days of receipt of the item to them. In all, I would recommend shopping with collections, etc.
I find your website to be easy to use. I've been shopping on your site for years and obviously am happy with the products or I wouldn't keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
