The 129.dollar cabinet I bought fell apart the first time I open the door. And yes it was put together right my husband is a carpenter. I love everything I get from you BUT now I'm worried.

I don't purchase as often as i'd like, as add'l processing fee plus shipping costs makes it expensive.

This is the 3rd or 4th valance I've purchased from Collections Etc. & have been very pleased with each one.

The items were all in stock and they arrived in a very timely manner.

The product was great and so was the website. But the delivery was awful. It made it to the post office fine, but the postal service didn't deliver it. I had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for 45 minutes just to find out what happened. I got the package, but it was late and super stressful.

Did not expect a processing fee. This seemed wrong to me. You advertise free shipping and then slip in an additional charge.
