Order failed to apply promo code. Had to phone in to get corrected.

One of the items sent was actually the wrong item. I ordered a ladies tool set, and got a hummingbird garden stake instead. Since the price was the same for both items, and I liked the incorrect item, I decided to keep it and re-order the tool set. Hopefully, the tool set gets sent out correctly this time.

Ordering online was very easy. I always like your products, especially the table linens. I have never received anything that was not of good quality.

Easy returns or exchanges if necessary. Reasonable prices! Sometimes things look better than they really are. I don't like it when items are missing but I have been charged for them. Collections always sends missing items but bothering with it is inconvenient.
