Got your catalog in the mail and went from there
When opening my order, I noticed that there was a missing item. I called the help line and was informed that the item was out of stock and that I was not charged on my credit card for the missing item. This was very helpful.
The quality use to be much better than it is now.
So far so good...have loved everything I've ordered and certainly the price has been fair. 2 if my items have been on backorder but they're Christmas so I'm hopeful they'll come soon
After about 4 pages, they would not load. I was unable to view all specials
Placed this order last night. For some reason it didn't take. This morning i re-entered my order and the handling chargeis fifty cents higher.
Saw the intersect drapery panel (paprika color) When I opened the package I was disappointed because the colors were not as depicted or described. That bold curvy tan color is more of a muddy brown color, I was really looking forward to that large tan curve color since my drapes are dark brown. The material was also lacking, it is thin and the backing is just a mesh type backing so it will not stop the light from shining through. I cannot recommend this drape, its not worth the $19.99 price (which doesn't include shipping and handling on top of that price.)
