I was thrilled with the products as always but the box wasn't taped shut properly. It was a miracle everything was still in the box. The post actually had to tape it closed. I took lots of pictures and will be happy to share them with the company.

Was quick and easy to get what I was looking for. Most of products was nice,but my purple butterfly set of 3 one was missing set on wing of med. Butterfly. Didn't think worth postage to send back. Would have rather been ok it was a gift!

I found the catalog item I sought quite easily. It was a bit disturbing that the photo shown is a dark chair cover instead of the natural-colored loveseat size I ordered. The fact that the item is listed as back-ordered is disappointing, however I appreciate being told to expect a delay before shipping.

Order received. Everything very well packaged, AND you sent me a great Rolling Magazine Table which went together nicely... many thanks for that. My only question is why did my order start out Fed Ex (which delivers promptly to our door) and end up USPS here? Our USPS folks never deliver to our door here, so we have to go down to the main city post office to retrieve our packages.
No problems. Item arrived on time and in good condition.
No problem thus far. Just want to be sure that the rugs I ordered are BLUE. Order shows green. The received rugs are blue, but we are extremely disappointed that these rugs were folded rather than rolled. This results in raised areas wherever there was a fold. Thus, the rugs do not lay flat. As I said, very disappointing, as I do not see these raised areas ever laying flat.
