It was a positive experience. The item didn't work for me but I did return and got a refund in a expediate manner.
In place of an ordered item I received something else. When I called the company they offered a credit certificate instead of offering to send the correct item. I had to insist on being sent the item I originally ordered, which they did. I was pleased with the entire order when I received all of it.

Very pleased with the quickness of receiving the product and overall service.
Shopping online fine...except advertised free shipping on orders over $40, but since we had a 20% savings code, they would not offer both. I took the best savings--20% but didn't feel like I really got the savings I should have received.
Took way too long to receive order. Some items were very cheaply made. Almost broke trying to use for the first time.
