Great merchandise, easy ordering, love the sales and free shipping. The items I ordered and have now received, were packed very well. Care was given to the items that were fragile. Individually wrapped with bubble wrap. Directions for the items that needed assembly were easy to follow. Thank you!

Everything was easy to move through.
My sister and I have ordered many times from Collections and have had a 98% satisfaction rating. The 2% that I not satisfied with were the blouses are thin and cheaply made. In fact, I returned them with not questions asked. The other item I was very dissatisfied with was a rose bush. It didn't die, but it wasn't the color it was suppose to be and it was the thorniest rose bush I'd ever had. There was no place on the stem to place your fingers when pruning or if you wanted to cut one to put in a vase. In the Fall I dug it up and threw it away. Everything else ordered has been wonderful and have made great gifts.
