The items you sell are nice and I have ordered several over the years. The downside to your site is the fact that PayPal orders do not go through. When I contacted you to see why, I was told to change my browser- why would I do that when yours is the only site that it occurs on?
I was fairly satisfied until I saw the surprise processing fee of $2.50. And if you offer $1.99 shipping in the close out items that you just sent to me in an email why couldn't have you offered this to me?
Also one complaint I have about the chair cover is it slides off too easily from the back and arms but I found a way to keep it in place I made a weight to hang on the back to keep it in place.
The little wagon doesn't have great instructions for assembly

FYI I have 2 names my nick name Crickett & Harriet Doogan! If you look both of my names up, you will see I have been a excellent customer! This order was to by $30.00 or more and I had free shipping! I was charged for shipping and
Packaging! I am upset over this matter as I have been a very loyal customerfor more than 21 years and have never been treated this way! I called about and was not treated well! If anyone would boher to check my order over $100.00 I was charged $18 for shipping! Is this the new way of treating a loyal customer!
In the past month I have ordered several items for Christmas, and I also ordered the Red Copper 10 pc pots and pan set for myself. I am very happy with everything I have received, great quality products and good prices. The items arrived to my home usually within 5 days and were in perfect condition. I plan to order from Collections Etc. again!
