Order experience was an easy process. Can't wait to use them for my Christmas Decorations!

Products always of very good quality. One time a package came damage with an item missing. L called and Collections, etc. is resending the item.

It took a long time for me to hear anything about the order that I placed the first week off October, after three week with no shipping notification, I called and was told I would hear from Upper management. I never did, but I finally got a e-mail notice that one of the four items was on back order, everything else showed as on hold. Why did I have to wait almost a month to receive the items that were there?

Quick and easy

Very professional and fast I was really looking forward to getting the bedspread and shams but they were not in thee order. Now they are on back order for however long and I am not happy about that. If you show it in your catalog and when you order it online and it says in stock then I expect it should be shipped with the rest of the order.
