It took me two days and three attempts to complete the same order to complete my order. I appreciate the attempt to correct the wrongs, but it doesn't change how much time I spent trying to place the order. The first two attempts were made on my phone. The taxes should be added before the payment completion approval not after. And once I choose to see the details of one product, it should take me back to the shopping list where I left off instead of starting over and showing me the same products all over again. Too many items to look through for a repeat performance, and too much time to spend looking through them.

Fairly easy to use but I only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. I knew one would be back ordered but the other was supposed to come sooner. When I checked online, it said it would be shipped Oct. 31, and this was Nov. 6 or 7, so I called. I was told it would "probably be shipped sometime this month". Then today I got another e-m saying it (bedspread) was backordered to Jan. 26th! This was ordered Oct. 21 for my 92 year old mother's birthday on Nov. 24th. She's just gone into a nursing home this year with my father, and then he passed away Sept. 29, which meant her moving into a single room She is having a very hard time adjusting with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, and we wanted to homey up her room and thought this spread would really help. I would never have thought it would take 3 months to get a bedspread. Otherwise, I've been very happy with your products and prices. As you can see, I just ordered more, which I received in less than a week and was very happy with it. Now debating whether to order something else, or continue to wait.
