You advertize a lot of free shipping but it never show up - so not much saving when you need to pay for shipping all the time. I will be watching to determine if you are worth the additional cost of shipping - amazon has items that need no shipping added to them.

As a regular customer I am sometimes disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. Your web site is somewhat difficult to find items without the catalog number. Otherwise you would be a five star company.

I did not appreciate the $2.50 processing charge! Just a sneaky way to charge for shipping! Should be disclosed before the final payment page.
