Everything arrived in perfect condition and I was not disappointed.

I have been shopping with you for year's and just love everything I have got.

One item was missing from my original 3-item order. It was obvious it was never packed in the box sent to house the other 2 items. It took at least another 2 weeks to receive the final item. During that time, I talked to 2 customer representatives who seemed more interested in getting me off the line than in actually helping me.
