So many cute items & ordering is user friendly. The prices are right too. I always gave the Snowman utensil holders as a hostess gift at a Fall luncheon. She loved them and said she will definitely used them for her Christmas dinner. The pillow I am giving at Christmas time to a very good friend and the Snowman rug is for me. I love the design & color. However, the one end is turned up a bit so I may need to purchase something to keep it down so no one trips.

I didn't get any help with my online order when talking to a representative. While placing my order online, it disappeared after one of my items was sold out. When I called they said because it was an online order, they couldn't do anything & I just had to wait. So I placed my order a second time (to make sure I got the items I wanted because it was my second choice) & then they told me they couldn't cancel a duplicate order. But while they weren't able to fix my issues, they were polite. And something happened that I did not receive 2 orders (which is good!). And the order I did receive was correct & arrived on time.

I respect that mistakes can be made but it seems as I get large orders it happens often That things are missing. Seems perhaps one should be double checking the order when it has been filled. I love the many items offered and sales are fun. There is such an array of items, something for every taste. Hopefully more people will find this company and enjoy the shopping from home and skip the busy store isle confusion and the wait in the cash out counters.
