I was very disappointed with the items I ordered, I thought they looked completely different on line I was excited thinking that I was was going to be happy to decorate my front porch and when it came I knew I am not even going to use it I recently had surgery otherwise I would have went to the post office and sent it back but I can't drive for a while! These lighted canvas prints worked off and on. I called Collections and requested a return label, they were most accommodating. Once I received the return label, I mailed it back to Collections via USPS on November 13,2017. I'm currently waiting for my refund. My purchasing experience with Collections has always been positive.

A little confusing at checkout
I don't understand why there is a separate processing fee. If shipping is free, why is there an additional fee.
