I have enjoyed doing business with Collections for over ten years.
Part of my order was assorted malted milk balls (white, milk and dark chocolate). I received a tin of milk chocolate malted milk balls which is not what I wanted. I opened the tin to see what was inside. When I saw that it was milk chocolate I called collections etc on 11/3/17 and spoke to Jackson who said the correct product would be sent to me in 7-10 days. On 11/8/17 I received a letter from collections etc apologizing and asking me to send the item back! Since I had opened the tin and Jackson didn't mention that I would need to send them back I ate the milk balls. This is a lot of work and confusion for milk balls so please send me the correct item or refund my $12.99. Thank you Liz Collins
One of the burgany panel curtains had a tear in it but I am not going to send it back. The first person I talked to did nothing for me so I hung up on her, but I called back and the customer service person got my order ordered right away.
